Zat\u00edmco desktopov\u00e9 chladi\u010de mohou m\u00edt hmotnost p\u0159es kilogram a vyu\u017e\u00edvat obrovsk\u00e9 pasivy s ventil\u00e1tory o pr\u016fm\u011bru 140 mm, ultrabooky mus\u00ed odv\u00e9st des\u00edtky watt\u016f tepeln\u00e9 energie z t\u011bla siln\u00e9ho 12\u201318 mm. Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm prvkem jsou tepeln\u00e9 trubice (heatpipes) a miniaturn\u00ed ventil\u00e1tory. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek se zam\u011b\u0159uje na fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed principy a konstruk\u010dn\u00ed detaily t\u011bchto syst\u00e9m\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Princip heatpipe: f\u00e1zov\u00e1 zm\u011bna jako supertransport\u00e9r tepla<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tepeln\u00e1 trubice je uzav\u0159en\u00e1 m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e1 trubka napln\u011bn\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed kapalinou (\u010dist\u00e1 voda, \u010dpavek nebo aceton) pod sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fdm tlakem. Uvnit\u0159 je po st\u011bn\u00e1ch rozm\u00edst\u011bn kapil\u00e1rn\u00ed knot (wick) \u2014 obvykle sintrovan\u00fd m\u011bd\u011bn\u00fd pr\u00e1\u0161ek, dr\u00e1\u017ekovan\u00e1 struktura nebo s\u00ed\u0165ovina. Princip je zalo\u017een na f\u00e1zov\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Na hork\u00e9 stran\u011b (v\u00fdparn\u00edk, v kontaktu s CPU\/GPU) se kapalina odpa\u0159uje a absorbuje skupensk\u00e9 teplo vypa\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed (cca 2260 kJ\/kg u vody).<\/li><li>P\u00e1ra putuje n\u00edzk\u00fdm tlakem pod\u00e9l trubice na studenou stranu (kondenz\u00e1tor, u \u017eeber ventil\u00e1toru).<\/li><li>P\u00e1ra kondenzuje zp\u011bt na kapalinu, uvol\u0148uje teplo.<\/li><li>Kapalina je kapil\u00e1rn\u00edmi silami vr\u00e1cena zp\u011bt k v\u00fdparn\u00edku. Tento cyklus je samostatn\u011b udr\u017eovateln\u00fd a nevy\u017eaduje \u010derpadlo.<\/li><\/ol>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00da\u010dinnost heatpipe se m\u011b\u0159\u00ed tepeln\u00fdm odporem (Rth) v K\/W. Kvalitn\u00ed heatpipe m\u00e1 Rth kolem 0,1\u20130,3 K\/W na 100 mm d\u00e9lky. Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161en\u00fd v\u00fdkon (Q_max) z\u00e1vis\u00ed na pr\u016fm\u011bru trubice (b\u011b\u017en\u011b 4\u20138 mm u notebook\u016f), typu knotu a pracovn\u00ed kapalin\u011b. U ultrabook\u016f se b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed dv\u011b a\u017e t\u0159i heatpipe o pr\u016fm\u011bru 5 mm, kter\u00e9 sd\u00edlej\u00ed teplo z CPU a GPU na spole\u010dn\u00fd \u017eebrov\u00fd blok.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vapor Chamber: Plo\u0161n\u00e1 heatpipe pro v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 notebooky<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vapor Chamber je v podstat\u011b zplo\u0161t\u011bl\u00e1 heatpipe ve tvaru desky. M\u00edsto bodov\u00e9ho kontaktu nab\u00edz\u00ed plo\u0161n\u00e9 rozprost\u0159en\u00ed tepla po cel\u00e9 plo\u0161e CPU\/gener\u00e1toru. Funguje na stejn\u00e9m principu f\u00e1zov\u00e9 zm\u011bny, ale d\u00edky v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu pr\u016f\u0159ezu pro proud\u011bn\u00ed p\u00e1ry dok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed tepeln\u00e9 toky (a\u017e 300 W u hern\u00edch notebook\u016f). Vapor chamber se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed lisov\u00e1n\u00edm dvou m\u011bd\u011bn\u00fdch plech\u016f dohromady, s vnit\u0159n\u00ed strukturou pillar\u016f (sloupk\u016f) pro mechanickou pevnost a kapil\u00e1rn\u00ed n\u00e1vrat kondenz\u00e1tu.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Konstrukce ventil\u00e1tor\u016f: Ten\u010d\u00ed, ti\u0161\u0161\u00ed, v\u00fdkonn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notebookov\u00e9 ventil\u00e1tory jsou t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u00fdhradn\u011b radi\u00e1ln\u00ed (odst\u0159ediv\u00e9).
